Additional fees (irrespective of service);

Tenancy extensions/Admin fee = £65 + V.A.T (£78 inc)

Rent Increase Letter = £25 + VAT (£30 inc)

Notice Letter: Managed = FREE Let Only = £65 + VAT (£78 inc)

Out of Hours Call Out = £45 + VAT (£54 inc)

Inventory Fee (one off fee per tenancy) = Equivalent to 10% of one month's rent


Fees to Tenants

Administration Fee (Holding/Referencing Fee) = £250 inc V.A.T for an individual reference, £150 inc VAT per additional applicant.

Guarantor Reference - £120 inc VAT

Deposit = A deposit equivalent to one and a half month’s rent (unless otherwise agreed) must be paid in cleared funds when you sign the tenancy agreement and is held by the DPS (deposit protection service) for the duration of the tenancy in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement. Some landlords may ask for a higher deposit depending on the applicants situation.

Inventory Fee (one off fee per tenancy) = Equivalent to 10% of one month's rent

Late Fees = An administration fee of £25 plus VAT will be charged for each letter sent by Hunter Leahy regarding late or non-payment of rent or administration charges.
