Jodie Pearce - Administrator -

We are pleased to introduce Jodie to the Hunter Leahy Lettings team. Jodie joins us from a strong background in customer service and has hit the ground running since her arrival, already proving a hit with Landlords and Tenants alike. Jodie’s professional manner shines through and her welcoming and friendly personality along with her attention to detail will help you through any Lettings query you may have.

Ceri Smoldon - Maintenance Administrator -

Thoughtful, friendly and extremely efficient are three phrases often used to describe Ceri Smoldon our Maintenance Administrator. Many of you will recognise Ceri as she is usually the person conducting our property visits and dealing with any maintenance queries you may have. Ceri has a very pleasant manner and will always do her best to resolve any maintenance query you may have (as a landlord or tenant!). Landlords love her honesty and trust their investment(s) in her capable hands.

Charlie Ashton - Negotiator -

Charlie joined our lettings team in November 2014 fresh faced and eager to learn. He has since surpassed all expectations and has delivered month after month of great results. Feedback from clients has been very positive with people often describing Charlie as; friendly, helpful, polite and charming. When Charlie isn’t busy letting properties, he can be found performing on stage in various musicals or playing football at the weekends.

Sarah Turner - Sales Manager -

Since joining Hunter Leahy in 2001 Sarah was already an accomplished saleswoman and is a very well known figure in Nailsea as she has negotiated over 2000 house sales. Sarah is a very confident, straight talking individual and is very focused in matching buyers to properties and has an exceptional gift of agreeing sales within the first 48 hours of instruction. With a wealth of knowledge relating to all aspects involving property Sarah is an outstanding loyal individual and is key to our continued success.

Gino Resteginhi - Valuations Manager -

Everybody's Favourite. One of the most likeable and hardest working estate agents in the area. Gino left school in 2000 and trained as a chef for six years until changing his career path and joining Hunter Leahy in August 2006. Within a very short period of time, Gino very quickly established himself as a tenacious salesman who has achieved much praise from his peers which has earnt him many promotions within our organisation and is a very trusted and competent valuations manager.Gino has a very rare gift, he will listen, without interrupting (a very rare quality for a salesman) and has gained the trust of all his clients past and present. Ginos relentless work rate, maturity, loyalty and personable approach are only a few reasons why he is an exemplary employee.

Yvonne Godfrey - Sales Progresser -

Yvonne is a very valued member of the sales team and her efforts are instrumental in the progression of all property sales to a successful completion. It is fair to say that Yvonne’s role is crucial in safe guarding buyers and vendors expectations and achieving completion dates. Throughout the sales process Yvonne will liaise with the solicitors in a chain regardless of whether the buyer are selling through Hunter Leahy or another estate agent. Another aspect to the sales progression role is to fully understand survey problems and obtaining the relevant quotes recommended by surveyors reports. Yvonne possesses a thorough local knowledge of estate agency and the legal buying process which has developed over the last twenty five years . Yvonne is one of the founder members of Hunter Leahy and is very loyal and passionate in her approach, as she is fully understanding to all clients when emotions run high and also possess empathy and patience to resolve any issues which arise.
